Pleasant stay with great pool

That our room was right by the pool

Restaurant service was very slow and staff often forgot what we ordered, they had to come and ask a couple of times what we wanted... there would be a maximum of 3 other tables!

Perfect for peace and quiet, but not worth the $$$

Friendly staff, very quiet place, perfect to unwind far away from everything

Old buildings, limited menu and very basic food, no internet apart from the lobby, nothing around at all. Ok for 1 or 2 nights only. Expensive for no good reason.

All I can say is great stuff but poor facilities and services. Feels rip off as it’s my first trip.

Friendly staff to assist but they can’t do much.

Expectation of the place and no wifi except lobby area. Hotel needs to maintenance and upgrade as it doesn’t worth the price. Food and cab reserves are all additional charges.

For people who enjoy quietness

Nice staff. Spacious room with a big washroom, comfy bed. Big outdoor area by the bay. Security guard at the main entrance will register taxi drivers getting in and out （almost all resorts will do here）, quiet. A convenient store within 10-minute walk outside the resort.

Not good money value overall speaking. Old facilities like TV set, bath tub and electricity sockets, no in-room wifi, very old quilt, towels and curtain. Swimming pool water seemed not clear enough. Location is a bit far. Bad traffic.

The property is beautiful if they look after it,i like where it situated,it's quit if there is no construction going on,the staff were very professional,the executive chief and Lester is been very kind to us which we could never forget for looking after us.THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

Definitely needs TCL, rooms have a funny smells,cracks on the wall,looks dirty, needs decorating inside,it's bare,needs pictures in the wall to makes cosy inside and inviting,furniture needs changing it's old and the facilities is not workingThe beach needs cleaning ,plant plenty of flowers or shrubs to make the place more colourful and inviting.Make a drainage round the property to avoid floods ,and put a guttering as well round the roof.Instead of keep repairing it.

Felt very welcome

The staff is so friendly and attentive... They are reading your mind. Little gestures like without asking bringing an umbrella when it was raining or unasked bringing towels for the pool or refilling your coffee. They always prepared a rich and delicious breakfast, once there was a big buffet. The restaurant is probably one of the best around the island. The pool is huge and very clean as is area there ... green and beautiful. They also provide canoes for paddling. We had a very relaxing stay. Big compliments and thanks to the staff.

The best years have noticably passed. The age of many things can be clearly seen like on the towels or linen.

A complete disaster

The only positive point I could say about this disastrous hotel is the kindness of some of the staff.

DO NOT GO THERE ! IT'S A SCAM ! When you arrive in this hotel, you start by being depress. The lobby is ugly and the first outlook bring you back 30 years in the past, maybe in a place like USSR. There is no point to try to be positive, because when they give you yours keys, you learn there is NO WIFI in the room, only in the lobby. In 2018 NO WIFI !!! OK fare enough, maybe I will spend my time on the beautiful beach that I saw on the advert on Booking.com, but NO WAY it is so disgusting that no one would dare put a finger toe on this beach (see pictures). OK fare enough I will relax in my room ! NO not even possible the AC make noise like a jet !! Ok don't panic lets take a shower ! NO impossible the hot water is not working, also a ant colony live there, so taking a cold shower with millions of ants running every where is not a cool thing to do. The food are very expensive considering the very little choice on the menu, the breakfast is a joke like everything in this hotel. It is really a pity because the place could be nice if keept in maintenance, the feeling is that the owner and/or management don't give a damn about it and just want to suck the dollar out of the tourists pockets. I had booked a room with ocean view at the amazing price of more than 100 USD per night for 3 nights. This is the worst stay I ever had in my entire life, and I travel every month !

I didn't like when we arrived we don't have a garbage can the towels are old the tv remote control is not working, and I forget my phone charger and stayed at the lobby for 30mins but the house keeping didn't remind the front desk that I forget something in the room...

Enjoyed the views and serenity but was overall disappointed with the aminities.

Liked the room being cleaned every day.

On site games, like shuffleboard would have been nice. More "American" selections on the menu would have kept me there more often for meals. The bathroom lighting was poor, esp. while trying to shave! A light near the mirror is needed.

really nothing in the hotel I liked in 24 years of traveling worst hotel i have ever been in

everything from start to finish the hotel was very poor, from the cleanliness to the staff and the management was not at all helpful in fact I wanted to see a manager on a Saturday and was told sorry they don't work weekends. simple and boring breakfast menu, lunch and dinner menu same and very small. day one they had run out of wine and beer. beds linen was grey and torn. the bathrobe was torn and grey mold in bathroom and bedroom no towels at the pool a plastic bag holding the plug in the bath I could go on and on.
